This Cookie Policy explains how SAIMING INC. ("SAIMING," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar web technologies on saiming.com and its subdomains (the "Website"). It forms part of our Privacy Policy. The SAIMING mobile application does not use browser cookies in the same way and is addressed separately in the App Privacy Policy and SDK and Tracking Technologies Notice.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website owner. Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, SAIMING) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies"; they enable third-party features or functionality (such as analytics, advertising, and embedded content) to be provided on or through the Website.
Cookies may be "session cookies," which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent cookies," which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
We also use technologies that work in a similar way, including pixels (also called web beacons or clear GIFs, which are tiny images embedded in web pages or emails that record whether a page or email has been viewed), local storage and session storage (browser storage that allows a site to store data on your device), and tags and scripts provided by our service providers. In this Cookie Policy we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies."
2. Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
Strictly necessary: to enable core functions of the Website, such as keeping you signed in, maintaining your shopping cart, processing payments securely, remembering your cookie choices, load balancing, and protecting against fraud and abuse. These cookies cannot be switched off in our systems because the Website cannot function properly without them.
Functional: to remember choices you make (such as your language, currency, and region) and to provide enhanced, more personal features, such as live chat support.
Analytics and performance: to measure Website use and errors and improve performance. These tools may process IP addresses, identifiers and event data that constitute personal information before reports are aggregated. Aggregated reporting does not make the underlying collection anonymous.
Marketing and advertising: to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, to attribute purchases to the campaigns that led to them, and, where you consent, to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on our Website and on other websites and platforms. These cookies may be set through our Website by our advertising partners and may be used by them to recognize your device across websites.
3. Cookies We Use
The table below describes the categories of cookies and similar technologies used on the Website, the providers that set them, and their typical duration. Non-essential categories are activated only where permitted by applicable law and, where consent is required, only after you have given it. The Cookie Settings tool on the Website lists the cookies currently in use; we update this Policy when our practices change materially. Cookie Settings identifies each active technology, provider, purpose and duration. A payment, analytics or support vendor name does not automatically make every technology it supplies strictly necessary; classification depends on its actual use.

4. How to Manage Your Cookie Preferences
4.1 Cookie Consent Tool
When you first visit the Website from a jurisdiction that requires consent, a cookie banner allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your choices by category. You can change your choices at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of the Website. Strictly necessary cookies remain active because they are needed to provide the services you request and to secure the Website. Where consent is required, optional categories are off until you choose them. Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Customize are available without requiring acceptance. Closing the banner, scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent. Withdrawing consent through Cookie Settings stops future consent-based collection and use by the affected technologies; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Essential account and purchase functions remain available after rejection.
4.2 Browser Settings
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Please note that if you block all cookies, some parts of the Website may not function properly. Instructions for managing cookies in popular browsers are available from the browser providers (for example, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge).
4.3 Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), we treat a valid signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser/device from which the signal is sent to the extent required by law. We do not treat a generic "Do Not Track" signal as an opt-out unless applicable law requires us to do so. Where required and reasonably linkable, the opt-out also applies to your account. Accepting cookies does not by itself reverse a legally effective sale or sharing opt-out. You can review your choices at saiming.com/privacy-choices.
4.4 Third-Party Opt-Outs
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and manage Google advertising personalization at adssettings.google.com. You can manage how Meta uses information received from websites in your Meta account's "Off-Facebook Activity" and ad preferences settings. Industry opt-out tools are also available from the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and, in Europe, the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (youronlinechoices.eu). These mechanisms are supplemental to SAIMING's own Cookie Settings and Privacy Choices controls and are subject to the third party's terms.
4.5 U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of U.S. states with applicable opt-out rights may use the Website Privacy Choices control, saiming.com/privacy-choices, or a recognized opt-out preference signal such as GPC where required. See Section 10 of our Privacy Policy for more information.
5. Cookies in Emails
Where consent is required, we obtain it before using marketing-email tracking pixels. You may withdraw that consent through the marketing preferences or by contacting cs@saiming.com. Disabling remote images may also limit tracking, but is not a substitute for our obligation to honor your choice.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies. The date at the top of this Cookie Policy indicates when it was last updated.
