Manage Your Usage

Know what the plan contains — and what has actually been reported.

SAIMING keeps Fixed-plan and pay-as-you-go usage separate. Current service values appear only after sign-in and may include a reporting delay.

How it works

Three steps without skipping the real state.

  1. 01

    Open the current service

Sign in and choose Usage from the Personal centre.

  2. 02

    Understand each number

See whether a figure is your plan allowance, reported use or a delayed update.

  3. 03

    Act in context

Return to Plans, the eSIM state or Support without losing the service context.

Use cases

Decisions built around real journeys.

01

Check before a long day

Review the current plan and last reported state before relying on maps or work tools.

02

Separate two journeys

Keep a previous trip from being confused with the current destination.

03

Investigate a balance change

Check Transactions for the corresponding record instead of guessing from the usage chart.

Limits and trust

Unproven states never become completed claims.

Usage updates you can trust

If current usage is not available, SAIMING will say so instead of showing an estimate.

Reporting delay is visible

A delayed network record is not presented as real-time usage.

Private by design

Personal usage stays behind authentication and is never embedded in this public page.

Questions, answered

The important questions, answered first.

Is usage real time?

Not necessarily. The account shows the service-reported state and identifies a reporting delay when applicable.

Where do I see pay-as-you-go deductions?

Use the relevant Wallet and Transactions records. pay-as-you-go usage and ledger entries remain distinct.

Why is no usage shown?

Your latest usage may still be updating. Try again shortly or contact Support.
